Human expertise. Personalised strategy. Smarter technology.
We don't just tell IMGs what to do. We build the strategy and tools to help them do it.
You have spent years training, treating patients and building your medical career. Moving to Australia can mean learning an unfamiliar system of pathways, registration, hospital recruitment, job classifications and employer expectations—often while living and working on the other side of the world.
IMG Career Branding exists to make that journey clearer and more manageable. We help you understand where you stand, what may be preventing progress and which next steps make sense for your circumstances.
Then we help you put that strategy into practice, through individual support and tools designed around the work doctors actually need to do.

I created IMG Career Branding because I saw highly experienced doctors struggling to move forward—not because they lacked ability, but because they didn’t understand how the Australian system worked or how employers were assessing them.
My background in Australian medical recruitment showed me the gap between what many IMGs believed employers were looking for and what actually happened during recruitment. I wanted to bridge that gap and help doctors make informed decisions about their careers.
That remains the centre of my work: understanding the individual doctor, explaining their position clearly and building a practical strategy around their experience and goals.
Now I’m taking that further by developing personalised tools that help doctors implement what they learn. Technology can reduce the time spent searching, repeating the same work and trying to interpret the system alone.
The human relationship stays central. Professional judgement and individual assessment guide the strategy; technology helps make it easier to put into practice.
